My Selfie Poem

My Selfie Poem
I am from a rainbow plank,
From cactus stickers and outside baths.
I am from the wooden house, cooking smells and salty air.
I am from the punga tree,
From cobden netball and the nikau tree.
I am from the sounds of  cicadas and waves
And from boogie boarding.
I`m from whitebaiting and cousin shows
And from annoying sisters and sleepy parents.
I`m from fishing and biking and helping people
and tattle tales and procrastinators.
I`m from clean your room and be adventurous.
And from the pages of Maze runner and
Harry potter and the Goblet of fire
And T’winkle twinkle little star.
I am from running long distances
And cross country.
I am from hiking up mountains
And Dunedin hospital and NZ
From Buffalo wings and dumplings
To GGpa who flew a plane in WW2
I`m from Gentle Annie which is
where my grandma and grandpa live.
